Rental and personal credit history are also important factors we consider during the underwriting process. In addition to the normal underwriting guidelines, commercial real estate loans require the borrower’s personal guaranty.
Typical Terms & Structure
Fixed rate loans are typically priced at a margin over the three or five-year U.S. Treasury constant maturities index, permitting your interest rate to be fixed for either a three or five year term. Appraisal fees, title insurance service, environmental assessments and legal fees are typical closing costs.
