Tribal ID card from a Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) recognized tribe (either ETC or non-ETC issued cards)

Two secondary sources of identification may be used if a primary source of identification is not available. One must contain a photograph.
Consular identification cards, Passport Cards, e-licenses, and foreign drivers’ licenses are NOT acceptable identification for account opening.
Any ID that is expired will not be accepted for any reason.
For U.S. persons holding a compliant REAL ID driver’s license or state identification, or holding an U.S. passport (except passport cards):
- No additional form of documentary identification is required unless there is evidence of tampering or suspicions about the person’s identity.
