Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with special expertise in cash management and government banking.
Before joining Beacon Bank, Tracy was Vice President, Commercial and Institutional Banking in Massachusetts. Prior to that, she served in town treasurer roles in Monson and Hampden, Massachusetts, and held other positions in the financial services industry.
Tracy is a member of Mass Collectors Treasurers Association (MCTA), Hampshire/Franklin County Collectors Treasurers Association, Berkshire County Collectors Treasurers Association, Worcester County Collectors Treasurers Association, Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, and Government Finance Officers Association for Massachusetts, Connecticut and other New England states.
A resident of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, she is active in her communities, serving on the board of directors for Dakin Humane Society, as board clerk for East of the River Chamber of Commerce, and volunteering at WestMass Elder Care and Rays of Hope.
