Beacon Bank invests more than $600,000 in local nonprofits

 

BOSTON, July 30, 2026 — Beacon Bank and the bank’s foundation invested more than $600,000 in its communities through charitable giving to over 180 nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont from April to June.

“We’re committed to supporting the nonprofits that are strengthening our communities and improving lives every day,” said Lori Kiely, director of the bank’s foundation and charitable giving. “These investments reflect our belief in the power of local partnerships to create meaningful opportunities and lasting change.”

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Massachusetts

In Eastern Connecticut:

  • Always Home Inc.
  • Horizons Inc.

In Greater Hartford:

  • International Hartford LTD
  • Minority Construction Council Inc.

In New York’s Capital Region:

  • Center for Disability Services Inc.
  • Junior Achievement of Northeastern New York

In New York’s Central Region:

  • Crouse Health Foundation Inc.
  • Mohawk Valley Community College Foundation Inc.

In the Pioneer Valley, Massachusetts:

  • Revitalize Community Development Corporation
  • Square One, also known as Springfield Day Nursery Corp

In Rhode Island:

  • Farm Fresh Rhode Island
  • The Capital Good Fund

In Vermont:

  • Burr & Burton Academy
  • Rutland County Parent-Child Center Inc.
