Boston Business Journal honors Beacon Bank as Top Charitable Contributor in MA

BOSTON, Sept. 18, 2026 — The Boston Business Journal this week honored Beacon Bank as one of the Most Charitable Companies in Massachusetts at its 2026 Corporate Citizenship Awards, which showcase businesses that prioritize giving back to their communities.

“Nonprofits across the Commonwealth work hard every day to provide essential services, expand opportunities and help people thrive. Supporting that work is an important part of who we are,” said Lori Kiely, director of the bank’s foundation and charitable giving.

“Their work inspires us, and we're grateful for the opportunity to partner with them in strengthening communities across Massachusetts,” she said. “Additionally, we congratulate and thank all of this year’s honorees for helping to improve the lives of so many in the Commonwealth.”

This year’s award winners include 95 companies, which combined to provide more than $417 million in cash contributions in 2025 to nonprofits based in the Bay State.
