Beacon Bank welcomes seasoned banker as Commercial Banking Team Leader in eastern MA

BOSTON, May 13, 2026 — Beacon Bank is pleased to announce J. Douglas Dixon has joined the bank as commercial banking team leader for eastern Massachusetts.

A Framingham, Massachusetts, resident, Dixon has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a special emphasis on enhancing the client experience and delivering tailored financial solutions. Before joining Beacon Bank, Dixon was a Managing Director at Santander Bank for its New England market.

In his new role, Dixon will lead Beacon Bank’s commercial and industrial (C&I) banking efforts in greater Boston with a focus on building and deepening relationships with commercial clients, expanding the bank’s presence and supporting the development of its commercial banking team in Eastern Massachusetts.
