Boston Retail Banking director honored with Lifetime Achievement Award by MA Bankers Association

BOSTON, May 19, 2026 — The Massachusetts Bankers Association’s 2026 Women & Allies in Banking Conference honored the bank’s director of Retail Banking in its Boston region, Leslie Joannides-Burgos, with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The award recognizes sustained excellence, leadership and a meaningful commitment to advancing women in the banking industry.

A resident of Franklin, Massachusetts, Joannides-Burgos has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry in sales, service, operations, colleague engagement, and leadership. She built a career focused on empowering teams and delivering exceptional customer experience.
